This template is made to create templates for an notices at some pages. A commonly used notices are made by the Wikijournal administrator. In order to make a template use following code into the article as an example:

| date = 20.09.2014
| title = Article notice title
| description = General description
| description2 = Additional description like "The article should be updated" [[User:Admin|Admin]].
}}

And we have as a result:
