Ksenia Nikolaevna Teleshova (born 1984, Nizhnyaya Salda) is a Russian television presenter, author of books and training programs on personal development and communication, and a mentor to politicians, businesspeople, and opinion leaders.

Ksenia is an expert in federal media, including Channel One, NTV, RBC, and TVC. She hosts award ceremonies and government events.

She works at the intersection of media and education, specializing in the development of personal effectiveness, business psychology, and communication skills.

Biography

Ksenia Teleshova was born on July 23, 1984, in Nizhnyaya Salda, Sverdlovsk Region. She grew up in a family of hereditary metallurgists: the technical director of Allegro LLC and an employee of the Nizhnyaya Salda Metallurgical Plant.

At the age of 5, Ksenia first performed on stage. She attended classes in choreography, acting, and вокал. She also studied public speaking and participated in KVN.

At the age of 17, she moved to Yekaterinburg.

Education

Ksenia Teleshova has four degrees:

  • Pedagogy.

In 2005, Ksenia Teleshova graduated from the Yekaterinburg Humanitarian University with a degree in Journalism.

In 2007, she graduated from the Ural Academy of Public Administration with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

In 2022, she received a diploma of professional retraining from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (non-state higher education institution) in the program “Practical Psychology: Fundamentals of Diagnosis and Psychological Counseling of the Individual”.

In 2025, she completed professional retraining at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Pedagogical Education.

Career

Television

She has more than 20 years of experience in television. In 2003, she began working at Regional Television, where she advanced from correspondent to leading presenter and political observer.

In 2005, she became the host of the news program “Sobytiya”.

Ksenia Teleshova hosted programs such as “Fourth Estate”, “Sobytiya. Itogi dnya”, and “Parliamentary Time”. Over the years, she conducted numerous interviews. Among her guests were Vladimir Pozner, Dmitry Medvedev, Konstantin Khabensky, Dmitry Hvorostovsky, Garry Kasparov, and others.

She participated in the annual press conference with the President of the Russian Federation.

Educational activity

For more than 15 years, she has conducted training in public speaking, communication, and personal effectiveness.

In 2009, she founded the Center for Personal Development and Speech.

She conducts training in Russia and abroad, including New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other cities.

She has teaching experience at Ural Federal University and the Ural-Siberian Institute of Business (MBA programs).

She is the author of bestselling training programs “How Leaders Speak” and “Speaking to Men in a Feminine Way”.

In 2021, she founded the first Ural TikTok house.

In 2023, she played herself in the film “New Year’s All-Inclusive”. In 2024, she hosted the National Award “Women of Russia”.

In 2025, Ksenia Teleshova was appointed State Secretary of the Eurasian Rating Agency. As of 2026, she has left the position. Ksenia is engaged in charity work and was nominated by Forbes for the project “Children Instead of Flowers”.

In 2009, Ksenia Teleshova gave birth to her daughter Arina Kogan. Arina has a musical education and has played the harp since the age of 6. She has been a laureate of international and Russian competitions and performed at the festivals “Two Capitals”, “Harp Battle”, and “Night of Music”. As of 2026, Ksenia is married to entrepreneur Denis Gotman. Denis Gotman is a Russian entrepreneur and founder of the company “Accumulator World”. They met at a training session, and their relationship began during a speech tour. The couple participates together in sailing regattas.
