Alexandra Sergeyevna Dikunova (born 22 December 1985, Yelizovo, Kamchatka Krai) is a municipal leader, political and public figure in Russia.

Biography

Alexandra Dikunova was born on 22 December 1985 in the city of Yelizovo, Kamchatka Krai.[1]

She graduated from Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution “Yelizovo Secondary School No. 8 named after V. N. Orlovsky”, and later completed her studies at Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University in 2008, obtaining a degree as a biology and chemistry teacher with the qualification “Biology with an additional specialty”.[2]

In 2013, she graduated from the branch of Far Eastern Federal University in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with a degree in “Economics and Enterprise Management (by industry)” and was awarded the qualification of economist-manager.[3]

Alexandra Dikunova is unmarried and is raising a son.

Career

In 2008, she worked as a chemistry teacher at Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution “Yelizovo Secondary School No. 8 named after V. N. Orlovsky”.[4]

From 2014 to 2015, she held the position of economist in the planning and economic department of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post”.

In June 2015, she worked as a specialist-expert in the department of personalized accounting and interaction with policyholders at the Pension Fund Administration in the Yelizovsky Municipal District of Kamchatka Krai.

She also worked as a document management specialist at the Municipal Budgetary Institution of Additional Education “Olympic Reserve Sports School of Martial Arts ‘Krechet’”.

Political activity

In 2021, Alexandra Dikunova became a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Yelizovo Urban Settlement.

On 23 April 2025, she was elected Head of the Yelizovo Urban Settlement and Chairperson of the Council of Deputies at a regular session.[5][6]
