Komanda.ai is a Russian artificial intelligence operating system designed to improve the efficiency of small and medium-sized businesses.
Overview
The “Komanda AI” service was created in 2025 by Denis Batalin, Evgeny Saikin, and a group of top managers from Russian fintech companies.
Komanda.ai consists of various AI tools developed to solve everyday business tasks, including AI agents, assistants, AI-driven automations, and integrations with major Russian and international platforms.
The service uses a domestic technological infrastructure and complies with security requirements and standards for the protection of personal and corporate data.
The company’s stated primary goal is “to increase the productivity of small and medium-sized businesses across Russia.”
At the end of 2025, the company strengthened its management structure through a strategic partner — Boris Levin, former head of 2GIS-South.
In February 2026, a private investor acquired a minority stake in the company from existing shareholders. The deal was carried out at a valuation reflecting the company’s current growth dynamics and scalability potential.
In September 2025, a new tool was launched to support managerial decision-making — a virtual Board of Directors, which, according to the developers, has no analogues in the world.
In late December 2025, the project team announced the launch of an AI-driven Task Manager. This tool is a task management system in which AI receives tasks, executes them independently, prepares reports on their completion, and initiates new actions.
In early 2026, Komanda.ai became the first Russian corporate service with a fully shared RAG system for personal and team use, along with deep statistics and analytics systems.
As of April 2026, the system enables the automation of a large portion of operational processes, helping to accelerate task execution and reduce team workload.
