Denis Kamilievich Saliakhutdinov (born June 28, 1994, in Orenburg) is an investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and benefactor. He is the founder of the Denis Saliakhutdinov Scholarship at the School of Innovation and High Technology (SIHT) of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), a Professor of Business Practice at MIPT, and the founder of the consulting company DS Consulting.
Biography
Denis Saliakhutdinov was born on June 28, 1994, in the city of Orenburg.
As a school student, he practiced swimming. In 2009, during one of his training sessions, he suffered a stroke and subsequently underwent a craniotomy due to his critical condition. During rehabilitation, he read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, which inspired his deep interest in the field of investments.
After recovery, Denis began attending seminars on financial markets.
He graduated from Kuban State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
In 2016, he received his bachelor’s degree, and in 2022, he completed his master’s program.
Denis Saliakhutdinov also graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
After completing studies at the Institute of Financial Planning, he earned the qualification of Financial Advisor.
He also undertook advanced training courses at the Skolkovo Science and Technology Innovation Center.
He holds a Federal Financial Markets Service Certificate 1.0.
In 2018, he founded the consulting company DS Consulting. The company’s team includes over 500 financial advisors who provide educational programs through the School of Financial Advisors and offer comprehensive financial planning and client management services.
In 2024, Denis gave an interview to RBC about how to prepare for investing.
In 2025, DS Consulting, together with Kuban State University, launched a grant-based educational program for students to train as professional financial advisors.
Denis Saliakhutdinov is married and has three children.
