Vyacheslav Sergeevich Varyanikov (born July 1, 1987, in Yelizovo, Kamchatka Krai, USSR) is a Russian entrepreneur, public figure, volunteer of the Special Military Operation, founder of the hockey club Entrepreneur and the public association Entrepreneurs-Patriots.

Biography

Vyacheslav Sergeevich was born on July 1, 1987, in the city of Yelizovo. From an early age, he professionally practiced cross-country skiing and became a multiple champion of the city and Kamchatka Krai. He is passionate about hockey and various martial arts and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). He has participated in ascents of seven of the world’s highest mountain peaks.

He holds a degree in Automated Control Systems Engineering from Kamchatka State University. He also completed additional training at the Skolkovo School of Management, where he attended the “Directors’ Practicum” program, and the Happiness in Activity school, where he completed the “Master of Leadership Development” program.

In 2008, he began working in seafood distribution.

In 2009, Vyacheslav Varyanikov became a co-owner of multiple companies, including All Smiles, Fix Stom, Ami Clinic, World Dent, World Vision, Clinic Povolzhye, All Dent, Easy Stom, Kuzbass Dentistry, Smile of Siberia, and KAMCHAT-RYBA.

In 2016, he founded a network of ophthalmological and dental clinics.

In 2024, Vyacheslav founded the Entrepreneur hockey club for business owners. As of 2025, the club includes 140 entrepreneurs from various industries. The club was created to unite Russian businesspeople. Its players participate in the “Trudovye Rezervy” (Labor Reserves) league in two divisions.

In 2025, the Entrepreneur 2 hockey team won the regular championship of the “Trudovye Rezervy” league ahead of schedule.

Vyacheslav Varyanikov is married and has a daughter.

Public Activities

Since 2022, Vyacheslav Sergeevich has been actively engaged in humanitarian efforts as part of the Special Military Operation. He co-founded a free dental clinic for children under 14 in Mariupol.

He organized renovation work in orphanages, helped purchase generators for schools and equipment for soldiers, and participated in the distribution of bread to affected areas. Vyacheslav provided the Donetsk Central City Hospital No. 17 with wheelchairs and crutches, and raised funds for the restoration of infrastructure in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

He pays special attention to providing free medical services to those in need, especially children and low-income families. In 2022, he received the Made in Russia award.

On Russian Entrepreneur’s Day (May 26), Vyacheslav Varyanikov founded the public association Entrepreneurs-Patriots. The association cooperates with numerous charitable foundations. It currently includes more than 300 members who support the economic and social development of regions through charitable actions and social projects. The association’s members work with families in need, veterans, and military personnel, regularly visiting the Special Military Operation zone to support soldiers and provide humanitarian aid to civilians.

In early summer 2024, Vyacheslav Varyanikov participated in the planting of 33 Siberian cedars along the Journalists’ Memory Alley in Moscow’s Artyom Borovik Park as part of the national Garden of Memory project.

Volunteer Work

Since the beginning of the Special Military Operation, Vyacheslav Varyanikov has been engaged in active volunteer work. He has repeatedly visited the combat zone with partners, providing support and supplies not only to Russian soldiers but also to residents of the newly incorporated regions.

As of 2022, Vyacheslav had united more than 70 entrepreneurs to deliver humanitarian aid to local residents and Russian military personnel in Donetsk. Deliveries included food, medical and technical equipment, heaters, wheelchairs, and ventilators.
